(“ASE”)已於2018年11月16日上午(美國時間)向美國@法院聲請Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection(即公司重整程序)，ASE聲請公司重整程序之主要目的，係為結束ASE於美國境內至少40家之行銷據點，且於公司重整程序中，將以拍賣方式處分ASE名下資產之一部或全部，該拍賣日期暫訂於2018年12月18日。ASE雖併於2018年11月16日上午(美國時間)向美國法院提出Advanced Sports, Inc. (“ASI”)、Bitech、Nashbar Direct
(Nashbar`s e-commerce business)及Performance Direct(Performance`s e-commerce division)等公司之公司重整程序聲請，惟ASE表示ASI名下持有之相關名牌(即Fuji、Breezer、SE Racing、Kestrel、Phat and Tuesday Cycles等)，將於公司重整程序後繼續存續。
6.因應措施:雖ASE於其公告內容聲稱聲請公司重整程序之目的，係為結束其美國境內之部份行銷據點，惟因本公司持有ASE已發行股份總數17%之股份及ASI已發行股份總數50%之股份，且本公司對ASI享有之部分債權係屬擔保債權，故本公司目前雖尚未接獲美國法院就ASE及ASI聲請公司重整之正式通知，本公司現已與美國律師確認相關美國公司重整程序及研議因應措施，以降低ASE及ASI聲請公司重整程序對本公司所生之衝擊。

美國公司ASI名下所持有之Fuji及相關自行車品牌，自美國境外累計營收將近美金5,000萬元。Cunnane (註：ASE之CEO) 表示：「相關品牌將於本次公司重整程序後繼續存續」(原文：Fuji and the other bike brands are owned by ASIin the U.S. but generate total sales of almost $50 million outside the U.S., he said. ”The brands will survive this,” Cunnane said.)。
